REMOTE ALPHA GEEKS VA SERVICES
Submit details of your hiring requirements
The client will send a Job Description for each role they want Remote Alpha Geeks to recruit for.
Remote Alpha Geeks will send out alerts to the candidate pool on the database and post the requirements on various job boards.
The internal recruitment team will conduct CV Screening and initial interview. The team will send a shortlist of qualified candidates to the clients.
Choose your VA
The client will narrow down the list, if necessary, by reviewing the shortlisted CVs and candidate summaries of each applicant.
Remote Alpha Geeks will set up interviews of shortlisted candidates with the client. The client will provide feedback to Remote Alpha Geeks about the interviews and choose who will move forward to the next stage.
RAG will conduct a personality exam to the shortlisted candidates after the interview. The client will be responsible for conducting any job/role specific simulation/exams to the candidates.
Onboarding
As a final step of the selection process, Remote Alpha Geeks will conduct reference checks from 2 of the candidate’s previous supervisors prior to contract signing of the selected candidate.
Remote Alpha Geeks will issue an independent contractor agreement.
1 day before the agreed start date, Remote Alpha Geeks remind the client re: logins, access, first day details for the new contractor. Remote Alpha Geeks will meet with the contractor on the same day to discuss expectations, etc.
Regular Coaching/Retention Activities
Remote Alpha Geeks will have monthly huddles (and coaching sessions if necessary) with the
contractors.
Remote Alpha Geeks will schedule a regularly monthly catch-up with clients to
discuss contractor performance.
Remote Alpha Geeks hold quarterly retention activities. Schedule: March, June, September, December. The purpose of these activities are to create a strong sense of community despite working remotely.
