Deborah Ferraren

Managing Director

Deborah has worked in the recruitment business for more than 11 years, eight of which she spent supporting clients from Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States remotely. Her experience in the fields of virtual assistance and freelancing encouraged her to advocate for giving clients and staff the work-life balance they deserve by ensuring that the onshore and offshore teams are properly delegating responsibilities.

She established Remote Alpha Geeks in 2021 and has since grown a strong professional network with company managers, CEOs, and a large number of Filipino virtual assistants. With expertise as both a virtual assistant and a client, Deborah and Remote Alpha Geeks offer a customised method for offering the best offshore help, allowing clients to build their own global team!

Diana has twelve years of experience in administration working with different industries such as customer service, distribution, and health. She started working with Remote Alpha Geeks in 2022 where she contributed immensely in its growth by managing payroll, organizing events and lead generation.

Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending time with her family and taking care of her adorable daughter. She enjoys listening to a variety of musical genres to unwind.
